James received 1,000 hours of education at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville. James also received over 200 hours of Sports Massage Training with Michael Lumas, a leader in the Sports Massage field. James has had extensive hours of evaluation and treatment of injuries. James has taken special training in knee injuries and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. He has worked with marathon runners, members of the Olympic swim team, and athletes at the University of Florida, in Gainesville.

James is nationally certified, a member of the Florida State Sports Massage Team, Florida State Massage Therapy Association and American Massage Therapy Association.

James has received training and certification in body wraps, exfoliating treatments and other body treatments.
